Kristen Vake is an evening anchor for CBS 3 Duluth. Before moving to the evening newscasts, she anchored the CBS 3 Duluth This Morning newscast for two years.
As a Duluth native, Briggs loved telling stories in the community, she started with us as a co-anchor, producer, and reporter in 2016, but in August of 2021, Briggs became the KBJR 6 and CBS 3 Duluth News Director.
Natalie started her CBS 3 Duluth journey as a news intern in the summer of 2018. She then joined the team full-time as a producer in May of 2019. She is now is a weekend anchor and weekday reporter.

Heidi was born and raised in Annandale Minnesota, a small town just south of St. Cloud, but has gotten to know the Northland while attending school at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. She is the CBS 3 Duluth 5 p.m. producer and has already fallen in love with television news.

CBS 3 meteorologist Dave Anderson is the longest-serving meteorologist in the Northland. A native of Ely, he grew up watching CBS3 legends like Earl Henton, Heatwave Berler, and Tower-Soudan’s own Marsh Nelson. Today, he is CBS3’s main meteorologist on the air Monday to Friday at 5, 6 and 10 pm.
Peter joined the team in September of 2020 as the weekend Meteorologist and weekday reporter and is now weekday meteorologist.
Jacqueline Policastro created the Gray Television Washington News Bureau in 2014. She’s covered Congress and the White House for more than a decade.
