Carlton, MN - Fond Du Lac Transit is bringing back an old run. The transit service has reinstated its route to Duluth. Starting Aug 1, three runs are available to riders. The route is available by appointment, so riders must reach out ahead of time. Transit passes are issued at the FDL tribal center in Enterprise Accounting. Masks are required for riders, if you’re sick you are not permitted to ride.

Madison, WI - Governor Tony Evers announced August as “ABLE to Save” Month in Wisconsin to help increase awareness of the benefits of Achieving a Better Life accounts. ABLE accounts are state-run savings programs for eligible people with disabilities. The accounts allow families and individuals to save while maintaining their eligibility for federal public benefits. However, Wisconsin does not offer ABLE plans but Wisconsinites can apply to any programs that allow outside applicants including Minnesota and Michigan.
