Sunshine and 70s to start the workweek
DULUTH, MN. (CBS 3 Duluth) -
Monday: We start Monday on a brisk note, with many starting the day 40s and 50s across the Northland. Abundant sunshine means we can warm up into the mid and upper 70s for most across the Northland as we head through the afternoon hours. There is a very stray, minor shot of a shower or two through the afternoon, but most should stay dry with plenty of sunshine. Tonight, temperatures fall back into the 50s with partly cloudy skies overhead. Again, there is a minor shot of a shower or two, but most will stay dry through the overnight hours.
Tuesday: Tuesday features a better shot at showers and a rumble of thunder; otherwise, partly to mostly cloudy skies prevail across the area. Temperatures climb into the low and mid-70s across the region. Winds are out of the west between 5-10 MPH.
Wednesday: Wednesday again features the shot of a few showers and rumbles of thunder; otherwise, partly to mostly cloudy skies prevail across the area. Winds are out of the southeast between 10-15 MPH. This means we will be a tad cooler by the lake. Temperatures make it into the mid and upper 60s by the lake and the 70s further inland.
