Minnesota- Applications are now open for Drought Relief Applications. Reimbursements can be used at crop or livestock farms for fees such as, but not limited to, water-related costs, additional hired labor, canceled farmer’s markets, seed costs and more. Farms can anticipate up to $7,500 in reimbursement. Applications opened on June 21 and must be submitted by July 6.
Duluth, MN- The 148th Fighter Wing will be hosting their second annual Career Fair showcasing the wide variety of career opportunities the branch has to offer. There will be service members and recruiters on-site to answer questions. A free lunch will be provided but registration is required. The fair will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 22.
Hayward, WI- There is still time if you want to take part or volunteer for this year’s Musky Festival. Registration is still open for the annual car show, 5k and 10k races, canoe and kayak races and more. Plus organizers are looking for more volunteers before and after the parade Saturday. The 72nd annual Musky Fest runs Friday through Sunday.
