Tracking more rain and snow for mid-week
DULUTH, MN. (CBS 3 Duluth) -
Today: Moderate snow continues through the rest of our Wednesday morning. The morning commute looks to be slick, so use caution on the roads. Snow showers begin to subside through the rest of the day, but a few leftover snow flurries cannot be ruled out through the afternoon. Temperatures climb into the mid and upper 30s and the lower 40s. For tonight snow has wrapped up, and we are left with partly to mostly cloudy skies as temperatures fall back into the 20s for most. Some may see the teens, especially towards the Iron Range and International Border.
Tuesday: Tuesday looks to be pretty nice! With mostly sunny skies overhead, temperatures climb into the upper 30s and the lower 40s. Clouds are again on the increase through the overnight hours as temperatures fall back into the 20s and 30s.
Wendeday: For yet another week, we are tracking a mid-week system that brings some more snow and rain. The system looks to begin Wednesday morning and as snow for most, especially those across Minnesota. As we head through the afternoon though, most look to turn over to all rain before it begins to wrap up Wednesday night. The best chance for accumulating snow comes for the immediate arrowhead region. The rest of Minnesota may see some, but it looks to turn over to rain pretty quickly. Temperatures climb into the low and mid-40s.
