Morgan Park without running water after main breaks

DULUTH, MN. (CBS3) - The entire Morgan Park neighborhood was without running water Monday night after two main breaks.

According to the city, the breaks were near Grand Avenue and Zimmerly Avenue.

Water was turned off to all of Morgan Park.

City crews were on scene working on repairs.

No word on a restoration time.

This is the second time most of Morgan Park has been without water this month.

On February 1, seven main breaks in the neighborhood left residents without water for most of the day and night.
