CLOQUET, MN-- A woman has been charged after further investigation involving the rage-fueled hit-and-run crash that took place on January 14.

According to Cloquet Police, around 5:40 p.m., officers responded to a man lying on the side of Hwy 45.

Police say he had been hit by a vehicle.

Through an investigation, authorities learned two people started fighting over parking issues near 15th Street and Cloquet Avenue earlier that day.

As a 32-year-old Cloquet man drove off, the other group involved in the fight followed in a separate vehicle.

The vehicles hit each other, causing one SUV to go into the ditch.

A man inside the vehicle that went into the ditch got out of the SUV and walked into the road.

Police say the other vehicle turned around and hit the man in the road.

The victim was conscious and able to describe the incident to first responders.

He was hospitalized, but his current condition is still unknown.

The suspect driver, Rebecca Glader, 38, of Cloquet, fled the scene and was later located by authorities.

Glader is now charged with criminal vehicular operation, gross misdemeanor, misdemeanor and reckless driving.
