DULUTH, MN -- Charges have been filed against a former Duluth restaurant owner accused of sexually assaulting children.
William Kalligher, 61, is facing seven felonies, including criminal sexual conduct and attempted criminal sexual conduct.
Kalligher is the former owner of Gannucci’s Italian Market in Duluth, which closed in summer 2021.
According to court documents, authorities launched an investigation into “numerous” sexual assault allegations against Kalligher this past summer.
