DULUTH, MN -- Duluth’s annual Motorhead Madness car show will soon be returning under new owners.

The 2022 Veit Automotive Foundation Motorhead Madness will park at the DECC for two days; March 19 and 20.

Back in January of 2021, we reported about the car show coming to an end after more than 50 years.

The COVID pandemic played a big role in ending the event.

Now with new owners and new title sponsors, the event will be back in 2022.

Guests will see more than 100 one-of-a-kind customs, trucks, 4x4s, street rods, race cars, motorcycles, and antique autos.

Judges will decide which of the owners will go home with thousands of dollars in cash and prizes, including:

- “Star of the North” – for car owners who reside “up north”

- Veit Automotive Foundation “Rising Star” Awards (for exhibitors under the age of 30)

- “Magnificent Seven” awards presented to seven favorite entries

If you would like to show your car, you can click here to register.

The show will run from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 20.

Admission is $16 for adults and $6 for children ages 6-12. Kids under 5 are free.
