DULUTH, MN. (CBS 3 Duluth) - Duluth Police have finished their investigation into a fatal crash involving a DTA bus and a pedestrian in September.

The crash happened around 10 a.m. September 10 in Duluth’s Miller Hill Mall parking lot near the entrance to Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Police previously said a pedestrian, David Weston, 64, was hit and was stuck under the bus for some time.

He died from his injuries.

The police department has passed its findings on to the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office, which is now considering if they will press charges.

Police spokespeople were not able to comment further on their findings, citing the ongoing investigation.

They plan to share more information once the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office releases its findings and report.
