Superior, WI- A local organization is kicking off its annual fundraiser. Starting Monday through December 6, the Humane Society of Douglas County is hosting its second annual Happy Howl-idays Fundraiser. Due to the pandemic and the shelter being open by appointment only, the event will be virtual this year. They will be selling coffee, fudge, and new branded clothing. All proceeds will help the shelter continue to assist local animals in Douglas County. To find the website, click here.
Lake Nebagamon, WI- Saturday, November 6 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. the community is coming together for a holiday fun sale! Make it Homey is hosting a Holiday Market at the Lake Nebagamon Auditorium. The sale will feature around 10 local businesses and their homemade goods, including mittens, earrings, candles and more. For more information, click here.
Duluth, MN- An annual antique sale is making its return. Starting Thursday, November 4 and running through November 6, the Duluth Junk Hunt will be at the DECC. The bi-annual event features more than 100 vendors ready to sell vintage and homemade goods. There will also be several food vendors on site. Each Junk Hunt also donates to a local charity with this falls organization being the Duluth Harbor Mission.
