Public's help needed in Washburn Co. hit and run case
Authorities in Washburn County need your help tracking down a driver involved in an apparent hit and run.
The incident happened sometime between 11 p.m. Monday and 5 a.m. Tuesday on County Highway A between Little Bass Lake Road and the Burnett County Line.
The Washburn County Sheriff says after being struck by a vehicle, the victim apparently dragged himself to his home.
That's where his girlfriend called 911.
The man was taken to Spooner Hospital, then flown to North Memorial Hospital.
Authorities say he's doing well considering his injuries.
